Overall it was reasonably large and well priced with the carpet coming up. The location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a beachfront mall;))

The hotel was fairly clean and had decent and best staff at the reception desk. The superior king room we stayed in was reasonably large with big beds. We booked it for US$ 163.
Didn't like the area, it was not nice.

Distance from the beach.
Window lock was old and loose. It would be nice if microwave can be used. Dinning room foods were just too ordinary. Probably better to upgrade coffee.

The postition was excellent
On checking out, staff failed to ask about our visit. They couldn't retrieve a supposed message left on our phone. Smoking was permitted outside the breakfast area, where we were eating our breakfast. We had to move back inside where it was quite warm. A cockroach crawled across me in bed! No map of the area was given to us on arrival. We weren't asked if we'd like some information about the area e.g. What's on.

absolutely great location, great staff, great rates, and breakfast included is awesome - wonderful to be an Aussie couple on holiday not feeling as if we're paying overseas tourists prices, but also having all the luxuries included... will definitely not bother looking for anywhere else to stay when we come back to Coolangatta!
didn't give a ten for services because the lift door tried to keep us reigned in a bit - but that would have got a ten on the humour scale if there had been one...

Internal wifi needs significant improvements!!! For the price, a kitchen in the room should be standard!!! No bathroom door is a huge oversight!!! Limited TV options are laughable!!! Parking situation is ridiculous!!!

the rooms were fine the function we had there was really good the food was good
reception staff were rude and very snide not willing to admit they were wrong and that staff could not use a computer properly. also could not provide a reception manager when asked
